How does the 0.35% processing charge work?
Every time you send an invoice through Buildlr, we charge 0.35% of the invoice amount. For example, a €50,000 invoice costs €175. Charges are batched weekly: you receive one Buildlr invoice per week, not per invoice sent. All charges are visible in your billing dashboard in real time.
What is the monthly cap?
Your processing charges are capped at €750 per calendar month. Once you reach that amount, every additional invoice you send that month is free. For a company invoicing €3M/year or more, the effective rate drops well below 0.35%.
Is there really no subscription fee?
Correct. €0 per month. No base charge, no minimum commitment, no annual contract. You only pay the 0.35% processing charge when you send invoices. During your 30-day trial, even that charge is waived.
Why is there no per-user fee?
Per-user pricing punishes companies for growing. When adding a foreman, a project manager, or an office coordinator costs extra, adoption stalls. Buildlr charges zero for users: your entire team, office and field, can use the platform without worrying about license costs.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
After 30 days, the 0.35% processing charge applies to newly sent invoices. All your data, projects, clients, and estimates remain. You add a payment method (credit card or SEPA), and charges are billed weekly via a proper invoice you can use for your bookkeeping.
What about enterprise needs?
Today, every client gets the full platform at the same rate. We're evaluating premium features (advanced analytics, custom branding, API access) for a future update. Contact us if you have specific needs.
How do I get a proper invoice for my bookkeeping?
Every weekly billing cycle generates a proper invoice with sequential numbering, VAT calculation, and a downloadable PDF. All invoices are accessible from your billing dashboard and meet standard tax and bookkeeping requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card and SEPA direct debit via Stripe. Payment is automatic: your saved payment method is charged weekly for that week’s processing charges.
What if I void an invoice after sending it?
If you void a sent invoice, the associated processing charge is refunded via a Stripe Credit Note (Gutschrift). The refund appears on your next billing cycle.
Is estimation intelligence included?
Yes. Estimation intelligence, task suggestions, dependency checking, material recommendations, and the daily briefing are included for every client at no additional cost. No tiers. No upgrades.
